These terms and conditions apply to the sale and supply of goods by Grace Designs Edinburgh.  Please read through them carefully before placing an order. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. We may change these terms from time to time without prior notice. Privacy and Data Protection
We will collect your personal data for purposes of processing your orders only. We will only use your e-mail address to send your order and dispatch confirmation and new information about new products release, promotions and other relevant information.

We will not pass any of your information to a third party and will treat all your personal information in accordance with the data protection laws in the UK.

Acceptance of Order
Our acceptance of order will only take place when the order is dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of order may be due to product unavailability; our inability to obtain authorisation of payment or the identification of an error within the product information including price or promotion. If there is any problem with your order we will contact you immediately.

Any dispute between Grace Designs Edinburgh and its customer will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Scotland.

Cancellation of order
A deposit of £120 is paid at the beginning of the sale with the remaining balance paid upon receipt of the goods.  This deposit is non-refundable. 
Payment
We accept on-line payment, cheque, postal order and cash.  We cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information you provided.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Accuracy of Information
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products, however, due to the limitation of colour reproduction and individual colour settings of your screen there may be a slight variation to the original item. Therefore, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product description, colour or other content available on the website is accurate, complete, and current or error free.
We also try to make all measurement as accurate as possible but please allow for the manufacturing error tolerance.
